LawLeap provides branding, website design, marketing management, and analytics services for law firms. We offer strategic consultation, design services, website hosting, and ongoing marketing support.
Service Agreements
Specific terms for individual services, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, will be outlined in separate service agreements or proposals provided to clients. These Terms apply to all services unless specifically modified by a signed service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your firm and requirements
- Respond to requests for information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed-upon terms and schedules
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality as required
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in your service agreement

Intellectual Property
Client Content
You retain ownership of all content, materials, and information you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Our Work Product
Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to custom work product created specifically for you as outlined in your service agreement. We retain rights to:
- General methodologies, processes, and frameworks we use across clients
- Proprietary tools and software we develop
- Pre-existing materials and templates we incorporate into your deliverables
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LawLeap harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for fees owed for services already rendered
- We may retain copies of work product for our records
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:
